I am Christine Scholl, a graduate designer and textile artist specializing in Jacquard weaving and the development and programming of complex weave structures.
In my work, I combine digital image development, material-based research, and textile production to create precisely developed Jacquard fabrics.
Thanks to my many years of experience in teaching, research, and artistic practice, I create customized, large-format fabrics for art-in-architecture projects, commissioned works, and my own series of works.
My works are created at the intersection of technology, material, and image, expanding the possibilities of Jacquard fabric as a contemporary artistic medium.
If you are interested in my work, collaborations, or a commissioned piece, I look forward to hearing from you.

The beauty of jacquard weaving is the simplicity of its complexity.
